Fox Vision Technology specializes in custom software development, web application engineering, mobile app development, cloud infrastructure & DevOps, AI/ML integrations, SaaS platforms, and digital consulting. Specific service agreements, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures will be governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Company and the Client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed contract:
- • Website Content: All content, designs, graphics, code, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Fox Vision Technology.
- • Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all agreed fees, final custom software deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred according to the executed Statement of Work.
- • Pre-Existing IP: Proprietary frameworks, developer tools, libraries, and reusable components owned by Fox Vision Technology prior to or outside of the project remain the sole property of the Company.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When engaging with our platform or submitting project requests, you agree not to:
- • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local/international regulations.
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, codebases, or database infrastructure.
- • Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated web scrapers, or DDoS attacks against our servers.
5. Payments & Billing
Invoices issued for services must be settled according to the milestone payment schedule specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in the pause of active software development, delays in deployment schedules, or interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
6. Confidentiality
Both Fox Vision Technology and the Client agree to treat all business information, technical code, product specifications, trade secrets, and customer data disclosed during consultations or project execution as strictly confidential. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are routinely signed upon request prior to project kick-off.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fox Vision Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or consulting services immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
