Welcome to EazzyOffice ("Application", "App"), an all-in-one universal document reader, scanner, and AI-powered office assistant developed and operated by Fox Vision Technology ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Privacy Policy explicitly describes how we handle, collect, use, store, and protect your information when you download, install, and use the EazzyOffice application distributed on the Google Play Store. We are committed to maintaining strict data privacy, ensuring local file security, and fully complying with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable global data protection regulations.

2. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

We collect minimal personal and technical information strictly necessary to provide and improve EazzyOffice services:

• • AI Feature Content Data: When you explicitly trigger AI features (such as AI Executive Summary or Document Q&A), text snippets from the open document are extracted locally and transmitted securely over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) to the selected AI processing provider (Google Gemini API, OpenAI API, or EazzyOffice AI Cloud Service). This data is processed strictly in real-time to generate the requested summary or response and is not sold or used to train public AI models.
• • Financial & Payment Transaction Data: When purchasing a Pro subscription, payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment infrastructure (such as Razorpay or Google Play In-App Billing). We process order tokens and subscription expiration timestamps; we never store raw credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers.
• • Technical & Diagnostic Log Data: We may collect anonymized technical details, such as device model, Android OS version, application version, and automated crash logs to diagnose software bugs, optimize document render speeds, and improve application stability.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or document content to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for app operations under strict confidentiality standards:

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

• • Local Data Protection: App configuration and session tokens are stored securely in local device sandbox storage (`AsyncStorage`).
• • Data Retention Policy: Personal account information is retained only as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your profile data is permanently purged from active databases.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion Policy (Google Play Requirement)

In full compliance with Google Play User Data policies, every EazzyOffice user has full control over their personal data and account status:

• • In-App Account Deletion (Method 1 - Settings Screen): You can delete your account directly from the main Settings screen inside the mobile app:
  1. Open the EazzyOffice app and tap the Settings tab.
  2. Locate the Account & Data Privacy section.
  3. Tap Delete Account & Purge Data (or tap your Account profile card).
  4. Type DELETE in capital letters into the safety modal to confirm.
  5. Press Delete Account Permanently. Your profile data and authentication credentials will be immediately purged from our active backend database.
• • In-App Account Deletion (Method 2 - AI Settings & Profile Modal): You can also delete your account via the AI Assistant settings modal:
  1. Open EazzyOffice and navigate to Settings > AI Keys & Pro Subscription.
  2. Scroll down to the Account Profile card (showing your active logged-in email).
  3. Tap the red Delete Account button.
  4. Type DELETE into the confirmation dialog to permanently erase your account.
• • Web & Email Account Deletion Request (Google Play Compliance): If you cannot access the mobile application or prefer to request data removal online, you can submit a deletion request by emailing info@foxvisiontech.com with the subject line "EazzyOffice Account Deletion Request". Please provide your registered account email address. Upon identity verification, all associated account profile data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
• • Data Purged Upon Deletion: Account deletion permanently purges your user profile, name, email address, password hashes, active session tokens, saved cloud AI settings, and custom API key references from active servers.
• • Data Retained / Untouched:
  Local Files: All documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, EPUB) stored locally on your device remain 100% private and untouched on your phone, as EazzyOffice is a local-first utility.
  Transaction History: Anonymized subscription transaction IDs (if applicable) are retained solely as required by tax laws and financial audit obligations, without personal identifier tracking.

6. Children's Privacy Disclosures

EazzyOffice is a general audience office utility application and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such data from our records.

7. Policy Updates & Notifications
